Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Our Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days. However, the estimated delivery time for each product will be included in the product`s description.

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may be longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen issues outside our control.
However, we offer a 10% of the actual late item price as a store credit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions as advertised on our website.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment. Each package will have its own tracking information.

Tracking Information

Once shipped, tracking numbers will be provided via email. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers may delay initial scans.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot guarantee the ability to change, edit, or cancel an order after it has been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
